Refund Eligibility
At Frugal, we strive to provide the most accurate cloud cost forecasting tools. If our platform fails to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) or if you are unsatisfied with the initial experience, the following rules apply:
- 14-Day Satisfaction: New users are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of their initial subscription.
- System Failures: If our cost guards fail to alert you based on your defined thresholds, a pro-rated credit will be issued.
- Annual Plans: Refunds for annual plans are calculated based on the remaining full months of the term.

Refund Processing
All refund requests must be submitted through the billing dashboard or via email to billing@frugal.so. Once approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Credit Card
Processing takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank provider.
Bank Transfer
May take up to 15 business days for international settlements.

Subscription Changes
Downgrading your plan mid-cycle will result in a prorated credit applied to your next billing period. We do not offer cash refunds for mid-cycle plan downgrades unless specifically required by regional consumer protection laws.
