How fast does Frugal update?
Usage data is polled every 5 minutes from provider APIs. Your dashboard reflects near real-time spend with up to a 5-minute lag.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free tier covers basic monitoring for one provider. Paid plans unlock multi-provider support, advanced budget rules, Slack alerts, and team features.
What happens to my API keys?
Keys are encrypted with AES-256 before storage, never logged, and never exposed client-side. Frugal uses a read-only permissions model — we query usage data only.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time. Email support@frugal.so and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
